The Adobe PDF format was designed to produce downloadable documents that will display the same way no matter which computer platform you use (Windows PC or Macintosh) or operating system (98, 2000, XP, OS9, OSX).
To open and print a PDF, your computer must have a PDF-viewing program installed on it, such as the free Adobe Reader from Adobe.com.
Problems?
Some users may experience problems trying to open a PDF. Most likely, the problem is in the browser plug-in and not the PDF document itself. If you are experiencing difficulty, try downloading the PDF to your computer's hard drive first, and then opening it.
PC Users: Right-click the link and choose "Save Target As." MAC Users: Hold down the COMMAND key, click the link and choose "Download Link to Disk."
Once the file has downloaded to your computer's hard drive, double-click the file to open it in your PDF reader application.
